Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority and address. Once the goods have been returned to the address below, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately. Please do not return good(s) to Rofisbaby without a return authority.

In the event that the good(s) are faulty, the customer may request a refund. In most cases however the product(s) is replaced.
